The perfect competition for writers starting out
New Voices was our way of encouraging new writers just starting out. It ran for seven years and highlighted many promising new writers.
Looking for your own starting point?
New Voices enabled us to offer a range of support including the coveted prize of a Start-Up Mentoring package. We also offered a discount on a partial assessment which is a great option for writers who have completed fifty pages of their novel and are looking for an initial first step.
One of the crucial aspects of the New Voices Prize was providing a deadline to aim for. For writers who would like this option, we can offer a bespoke service.
